| How do I become a member of SC MembersFirst FCU? | Membership is open to those individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in Richland County, SC |
| Are my family members eligible to join the credit union too? | Yes, once you become a member, immediate family members may be eligible for membership as well. |
| How do I apply for a loan with the credit union? | There are several ways you can apply for a loan with the credit union. You may either apply in person at one of the branches, request a loan application be either mailed or faxed to you, or you may use the link "Loan Application" to apply online. |
| How long does it usually take to receive my Visa Debit and/or ATM Card? | Visa Debit and ATM cards usually arrive at your home within 7-10 business days. The PIN number will arrive a day or two after the card does. They should not arrive on the same day. |
| I am having trouble activating my new Visa Debit and/or ATM Card. | Try calling the number again and this time when it asks for the expiration date just enter in the two digit month followed by the pound sign and then enter the two digit year followed by the pound sign. If you enter the month and year in at the same time the card will not activate. Another reason a card can not be activated is because it has been over 30 days since you received it. If this is the case, please contact the credit union so we can activate it for you. Please also remember to use the primary members last four digits of their Social Security number. |
| My current debit card will be expiring soon. When will I receive my new one? | Your new debit card with an updated expiration date will arrive around the third week of the month it expires in. Please know that your card will work until the last day of the month it expires in. (Example: Expiration date says 03/11. Your card will work until March 31st, 2011.) |

| Can I access my accounts online? | Yes, you may access your account through the Netbranch link. Please contact a member service representative if you need help enrolling in Netbranch. |
| How can I access information to my Visa Credit Card? | Visa Credit Cards may be accessed through the EzCard Info link. You can also make your Visa Credit Card payment through this site. |
| How long will it take for me to receive my personalized checks? | Checks usually take between 5-7 business days to receive. |
| How can I change my payroll deduction? | The fastest way would be to contact your payroll department. However, you may contact one of the branches and complete a form that we can forward to your payroll department. Please note that changes can take up to two pay periods to complete. |
| What holidays will the credit union be closed? | This is the 2010 holiday closure schedule: January 1st, 2010-New Years Day, January 18th, 2010-Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, February 15th, 2010-Presidents' Day, May 31st, 2010-Memorial Day, July 5th, 2010-Independence Day, September 6th, 2010-Labor Day, October 11th, 2010-Columbus Day, November 11th, 2010-Veterens' Day, November 25th-26h, 2010-Thanksgiving, December 24th, 2010 we will be open closing at 12:30pm (except for Park Street who will be closing at 12:00pm), December 27th, 2010-Christmas Holidays. |
| When will I receive my Christmas Club Savings? | Christmas Club accounts are deposited into your savings account here at the credit union on November 1st, 2010. |
